Important Accommodation & Departure Information :

• If you are arriving in Pokhara on your own, hotel check-in will be available from 2:00 PM onwards on the arrival day.
• After completing the trek and returning to Pokhara, one additional night’s accommodation is included in the package.
• On the departure day, guests must check out of the hotel by 11:30 AM.
• After check-out, you may keep your luggage safely at the hotel reception and spend the day exploring Pokhara at your leisure.
• You can collect your luggage later and proceed to your onward destination in the evening.
• Most buses for border destinations such as Sunauli, Kakarbhitta, and Panitanki generally depart during the evening, making it convenient for travelers heading back to India or other destinations.

• Train: Kolkata → Nepal Border → Pokhara (and return) via 2AC / 3AC
• Train tickets are subject to availability.
• Booking Assistance: Our team will provide train tickets 12 hours before travel and assist you from Kolkata.
• Pick-up & Drop: If you want us to pick you up and drop you off in Kolkata, let us know.

• Trek leader may travel with you from Kolkata, or join the group later. However, your transportation will be fully managed by our team.

Inclusions

What is Not Included

• Wifi – Wi-Fi is available at most tea houses during the trek, but it is usually chargeable and connectivity cannot be guaranteed in remote areas.

• Meals before Day 2 dinner and after Day 8 breakfast
• Extra accommodation during the trek
• Hot water, charging facilities, or personal room requests

Optional Services :

• Porter Service: Available on request. Must inform us 15 days before trek start.
  • Please note that the total porter offloading cost will be INR 6,500 per bag/per head for the complete trek. (Please note that the payment for this must be made in Nepali currency after reaching Pokhara) This charge includes the porter service for carrying your trekking duffel/backpack during the journey, allowing you to trek comfortably with only your daypack. We strongly recommend packing only the essential items and keeping your luggage within the advised weight limit for a smoother trekking experience.
• After the final day’s stay in Pokhara, you will need to check out from the hotel by 11:30 AM. After checkout, you will have free time to explore the beautiful lakeside area of Pokhara, enjoy local cafés, shopping, or simply relax until the evening.
• The overnight drive back will begin approximately between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This marks the return journey for the complete Kolkata to Kolkata package.
• Personal Room: If you want a personal room during the trek, inform the team in advance and it will be arranged accordingly.

Booking Process – Trekking Buddha

1. Choose your trek and preferred travel dates.
2. Contact our team to check seat availability and confirm your booking.
3. To confirm your booking, you need to pay 25% of the total amount in advance.
4. Share your basic details and valid ID proof.
5. After receiving the advance payment, your booking will be confirmed.
6. The remaining full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the trip departure date.
7. Once the payment process is completed, you will receive:
   • Trip Confirmation
   • Detailed Itinerary
   • Packing List
   • Reporting Details

• Carry a valid government ID proof during the trip.
• Trek plans may change depending on weather and safety conditions.
