Booking Process – Trekking Buddha

1. Choose your trek and preferred travel dates.
2. Contact our team to check seat availability and confirm your booking.
3. To confirm your booking, you need to pay 25% of the total amount in advance.
4. Share your basic details and valid ID proof.
5. After receiving the advance payment, your booking will be confirmed.
6. The remaining full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the trip departure date.
7. Once the payment process is completed, you will receive:
   • Trip Confirmation
   • Detailed Itinerary
   • Packing List
   • Reporting Details

• Carry a valid government ID proof during the trip.
• Trek plans may change depending on weather and safety conditions.
