Cancellation 30 days before the start date of the trek — 50% deduction / Cancellation between 21-30 days before the start date of the trek — 65 % deduction.

Cancellation between 29 days and 21 days before the start date of the trek — 25% deduction if your full payment is made before 45 days, then you can reschedule within 6 months , In that case, charges will be added to your Next Trek and some other services which are between 15-25% percent of the full amount of your Next Trek.

Cancellation between 7-21 days prior to the start date of the trek,75% deduction .

Cancellation between 0-06 days Unfortunately, no refund.

In case of Cancellation or change initiated by Team The Trekking Buddha :
1.Accepting a replacement within 364 days
Or
2.Cancelling your event, in which case you shall receive a full refund
(15% retention. In case of covid lockdown)
NOTE: All groups are booked on a minimum 9 person basis, in case the 7 person team is not full the team may cancel the trek.In that case you will get a full refund.
If the trek is extended by an extra day, all extra costs incurred will be borne by you.
The name and details of the trek leader will be communicated after your booking, and you will be added to the WhatsApp group.
Team Buddha is not responsible in any way, if you fail to reach the pick up point on time.
If you have to come down for any reason during the trek, you will have to bear the cost.

If the trek is cancelled due to landslides or terrorist activity or changes in weather, then you will get a 50% refund if your full payment is made. Otherwise 20% of your advance payment will be refunded. This policy is applicable only (KGL Trek) within 0-21 days of the start of the trek.

Reshedule is not allowed for the second time.
After you have cancelled your trek the amount will be refunded to your bank account/credit card in about 10 days.
