Booking Process & Payments :
- Booking Request: All official booking requests must be sent to info@trekkingbuddha.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99321 41614.
- Deposit Requirement: A 25% advance deposit is required to pre-book and hold your slot.
- Token: To ensure a seamless expedition, we request that you confirm your booking at your earliest convenience. Trekking in Ladakh requires advanced preparation, and our local ground team needs finalized numbers to secure necessary permits, book the homestays and campsites, and arrange the support staff and mules. Please submit your 25% advance deposit to officially lock in your slot. The initial 25% booking deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must typically be cleared 31 days prior to the start of the trek (or upon arrival, depending on the specific international expedition).
- Confirmation: Once payment is made, you will receive a booking confirmation, a detailed packing list, and an undertaking form via email. Subsequent emails will cover fitness preparation and pick-up details.
- Pre-Trek Briefing: Before the trek begins, team experts will conduct a Google Meet with all members to discuss the itinerary point-by-point.
